About Anita

My name is Anita, and I am a hair stylist and shamanic herbalist.

I have always had a passion for health, nutrition and wellbeing, so what better way to express those interests than a beautiful hairstyle and a healthy nourished body.

I have been a hairdresser for 15 years and only used natural, vegan products with my clients, but I wanted to learn more about the ingredients I was using and educate myself about the plants and how we can truly benefit from understanding their natural healing qualities.

 

When I started home educating my son 5 years ago, I also began a much more profound relationship with nature, and it was then that I found my Shamanic path which clarified my need to be surrounded by nature.  Whilst teaching my son I was also learning an incredible amount about myself and I wondered how I could incorporate this new education into my business. 

 

I found my passion outside of hairdressing and begin my medical herbalism journey in a shamanic setting.  It has been amazing to learn and understand the different modalities of plant and energy healing, alongside the botany of plants for the purpose of foraging, and using the plants for health, wellness and growth. 

 

I now make my own herbal products and provide plant knowledge during herb walks through different nature settings. 

I am on a journey of personal development and love to study the natural healing elements of plants and I am honoured to share my knowledge with each of my clients.
